You simply buy your items, live with them (and hopefully love them). But If you’re not happy with your purchase we’ll arrange pick up and refund you your money (less the shipping).

Once your item arrives you can unpack it, see how if fits in your home, sit on it, live with it, and love it (hopefully). If within 49 days you don't think it’s right for you, we'll arrange a courier to collect it and refund you less the shipping costs.

All you need to do is shoot us an email at [email protected] and let us know the reason for your return… And we’ll look after the rest!

Fees
We’ll need you to cover the shipping costs to and from your place and we’ll give you a full refund of the product amount, no matter how used it is.

Exchanges
If an exchange is what you’re after, an exchange is what you shall get! In fact, if you exchange your purchase with a new order, you'll get 10% off the total price of your new order (less delivery).… as soon your original product has been collected!
We’ll arrange for the original order to be collected and help you with your new order.
Returns
& Refunds
We want to make furnishing your home enjoyable and stress-free! We will arrange everything for you and within 7 business days (in NSW) of receiving your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method, less any shipping costs associated with your order.
From time-to-time things don’t go to plan…we are so sorry if you have experienced a problem with your order! If you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, 1Place will take care of everything and arrange a replacement or refund within the shortest possible timeframe.

Products
Almost all products can be returned, but there are some exceptions. The below items are not edible for our 49 day buy and try change of mind return policy;
- Marble and reclaimed timber items
- Products sold during sale campaigns, clearance items & Nearly New products
- Products made to order
- Products over $5,000 (original price).
