  1. You choose the fastest or the cheapest delivery option

  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email from 1place once you’ve placed your order

  3. When your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details and an estimated delivery date

  4. When your order is with the driver, you’ll receive another email and SMS updating you on the delivery status

  5. And throughout the delivery process you’ll be able to check the progress and status of your order


Cheapest deliveries
Most deliveries should take between 2 - 7 business days but may take up 10 business days for some larger products and delivery to most rural areas.

Fastest deliveries
Our Express delivery service ensures that items leave the warehouse within 2 working days and be delivered in 2 - 4 business days depending on the delivery postcode.

Delayed deliveries
This shouldn’t happen, but on the 0.000000007% chance something does go wrong, we’ll be in touch to work out a plan that best suits you.

All our couriers operate from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.


We understand delivery can sometimes be costly and that’s why we don’t make any profit on it. We value transparency and want to reduce the costs for you as much as we can.

Your delivery cost is calculated based on;

  • Your choice of the fastest or cheapest delivery option
  • The product you order
  • The size and weight of the product
  • Your delivery location
  • The number of people needed to deliver your product

Many smaller products are delivered by Australia Post and can be less than $10.

We can deliver to PO boxes or parcel boxes, given they meet the Australia Post delivery requirements.

The best way to find out how much delivery will be is to check the shipping prices on each product page or use our shipping calculator at checkout.

If you are ordering multiple products from different brands, then your shipping is calculated based on each item and added together.


Keeping track of your order — from our place to yours — is important to us. So we’ve made it as easy as we can for now.

Check your email and SMS for the latest updates of when your product is ready for dispatch from the warehouse, and get an estimated delivery date.

On the expected day of delivery, you’ll receive another email and SMS — especially important if it’s a larger item that you may need to be home for.

You are also able to track your order via ‘My Order’ in your account on 1Place. And for some of our couriers, you can contact them directly with your tracking number.


For the safety of our customers, most of our couriers are now doing contactless delivery, so they will leave your order at your door even if you’re not home.

If no one is home and the courier doesn’t consider the order safe to leave unattended, they will leave a calling card with details on how to collect your order or reschedule a delivery.

All parcels delivered by Australia Post will be taken to the nearest post office ready if you’re not home when they try to deliver.
