We ship via Aramex, Australia Post, TNT, Allied Express, Bonds Couriers, Couriers Please, Designer Transport, InXpress, and 4PX.
Couriers are determined based on dimensions, weight, fragility, shipping time and postcode.
At the moment it’s not possible to arrange your own courier for shipping. All products sold on 1place will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers.
But it’s something we may look into in the future.
We do our best to make sure the delivery process run smoothly, but sometimes there are instances where our couriers can’t deliver to some locations.

Yes for some products we do! At checkout you’ll be given the option to either select our standard shipping or our express shipping. As you can imagine, the cost of express shipping is more expensive, and it varies depending on the product.
Our express delivery is the fastest delivery service of each courier, and is generally 2 – 4 business days depending on the product and the delivery postcode.
Not yet! This is not something we are able to offer our customers at this time. We endeavour to offer our customers the best delivery service and are continuously trying to improve it.

Unfortunately not — if you need to return something within the 49 day Buy & Try period, you will need to pay for the shipping. We will refund you the product amount less the shipping both ways to your place.
